 London Development Agency (LDA) late to become Olympic Development Agency (ODA) geotechnical site investigations working for a main contractor, our work involved a Construction Design and Management (CDM) system to satisfy the requirements of Capita Symonds (Planning Supervisors) to the LDA, Arups, Health and Safety Consultants to the LDA and the Health and Safety Department of the LDA. We also produced supporting documentation and regular audit and inspections. We were commissioned to undertake a manual handling project, (Movement of Drilling Pieces) requested by the client (LDA) on behalf of the HSE.
 Gleeds requested Edward Associates to be part of a team tendering for construction site audit work on the Olympic project.  
Edward Associates retained by Harrison Environmental Group (geotechnical and environmental engineers), requested our support in a construction project they were tendering for in Malta.

Bovis Lend Lease (BLL) – Construction of Chapelfield Shopping Mall Norwich. Working with two clients on this project which ran for most of the duration of the project. Both clients used the Construction Management System designed by Edward Associates to comply with CDM. John Seach became a presenter for BLL for their Incident and Injury Free (IIF) accident reduction programme successfully presented to the entire workforce working on the project. No serious accidents happened during construction.

Bovis Lend Lease – Project Horizon, Construction Refurbishment for Norwich Union (completed in four phases over three years) working for four clients working on the project.

Trox – (Edward Associates retained consultants) working on various construction projects nationwide (Main Contractors EMCOR, BLL & ISG etc) producing supporting CDM documentation and on-going audits for their projects.

Trox ACTIS, factory installation risk assessment of their installation prior computer equipment environmental cooling control system.

OGC (Office of Government Communications, Norwich) construction audit following a serious incident.

Other construction projects for various clients working for Main Contractors such as Kier (all divisions).

BT – Pole testing project; this was to set a base-line assessment by which electronic equipment could be assessed for accuracy and efficiency.
